FormFlow is a form builder with logic, payments, e-signatures, integrations and an API. This page takes you from nothing to a published form.

1. Create an account

Go to the FormFlow sign-up page and register with your email: choose a password, or use the one-time code or link we email you. You can add a passkey afterwards. See Account and sign-in for every option.

A new account comes with a workspace. You can invite teammates later from Settings, Members.

2. Create a form

Open Forms and choose to create one. You can start from:

  • A blank form. Add questions one at a time.

  • A template. Browse Templates (or the public gallery) for a starting point close to what you need, then change anything.

  • An import. Bring in a form you already have.

3. Add questions and style it

The editor has a question list, a live preview, and a design panel for themes, fonts, colors and layout. See Building a form.

4. Publish

A form has an editable draft and published versions. Publishing takes a snapshot of the draft and its design; people filling in the form always see the published version, so you can keep editing safely. Publish again whenever you want your changes to go live.

5. Share and collect

Once published, the form has a hosted link, an embed code and a QR code. See Sharing and embedding. Answers appear under the form's Results; see Responses and exports.

Where next

  • Logic: show, hide and skip questions, calculate values, redirect.

  • Integrations: send answers to the tools you already use.

  • Developers: the REST API, webhooks and SDKs are documented on the FormFlow developer pages (/developers on your FormFlow address).
