Connections

Open Integrations to connect an account. Available connections include (among others) Google Sheets, Google Drive, Slack, Discord, Notion, Airtable, HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, Close, ActiveCampaign, Brevo, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Customer.io, Segment, PostHog, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Calendly, Dropbox, Microsoft 365, Stripe and PayPal. The list grows; the Integrations page is always the current source.

Mapping answers

On a form, choose an integration, pick an action (for example create a row or send a message), and map form fields to the destination's fields. Run a test to check the connection.

Webhooks

Under Webhooks you can register an HTTPS endpoint that receives events such as new submissions. Deliveries are signed so you can verify them. A generic webhook destination can also forward each submission to any URL.

Workflows

Workflows chain steps: when something happens, run actions and conditions. A form's logic can trigger a workflow.

API

Everything in the product is available through the REST API with API keys or OAuth. See the developer pages on your FormFlow address.

Plans

The number of integrations available depends on your plan; see Billing basics.
