Plans

FormFlow has four plans: Free, Pro, Business and Enterprise. Plans differ in limits (forms, submissions per month, seats, storage, AI credits, API requests, automation runs, custom domains) and in features (advanced logic, removing branding, audit log, retention controls, SSO and SCIM, and the tier of integrations).

Current limits and prices are shown in Settings, Billing in the app. They can change, so this page does not list numbers.

Usage

Settings, Billing shows how much of each limit you have used this month. You are warned as you approach a limit, and new usage of that kind may be blocked once it is reached until you upgrade or the month rolls over.

Upgrading

Choose a plan in Settings, Billing. You complete payment on a secure Stripe checkout page; FormFlow does not store your card details. Only people with billing permission can change the plan.

Managing your subscription

Use Manage billing in the same place to open the Stripe customer portal to update your card, view invoices or cancel.

If payment fails or you cancel

If a payment fails, your paid plan continues for a grace period, after which the organization falls back to Free limits. A canceled subscription also returns to Free. Your data is not deleted by a plan change, but features above the Free plan stop working until you upgrade again.
