Sign-in for FormFlow is provided by Atlas. You use the same sign-in panel to create an account and to come back; which options you see depends on how your FormFlow instance is configured.

Ways to sign in

  • Email code or link. Enter your email and use the one-time code or link we send. Each works once and expires after a short time.

  • Password. Create a password when you sign up, or add one later in your account settings. Forgotten it? Use the reset option in the sign-in panel.

  • Passkey. Sign in with your fingerprint, face or device lock instead of a password. Add a passkey in your account settings.

Two-factor authentication

Open your account settings and turn on two-factor authentication with an authenticator app, and keep the backup codes somewhere safe. Passkeys can also be used as a second factor. Your account page also lists your signed-in devices, where you can sign out any of them.

Single sign-on (SSO)

Organizations on a plan that includes SSO can connect their identity provider (OIDC or SAML) under Settings, Single sign-on. Choose Set up single sign-on to open a secure setup page, where you can connect the provider, verify your company email domain and, on plans that include it, turn on directory sync (SCIM). You can send that setup link to your IT admin. Once a domain is verified you can require SSO for everyone on it. People with a matching work email are then sent to your company's provider when they sign in.

API access

For scripts and integrations, create an API key under Settings, API keys (or use OAuth); see the developer pages. API keys do not depend on how people sign in.
