Viewing responses

Open a form and choose Results. Each submission shows its answers, metadata and status. You can search, filter, tag and triage responses, add comments, and move a response between statuses (for example completed or spam).

Editing and deleting

With the right permission you can correct a submission's answers or delete submissions in bulk. Changes are recorded.

Exports

Export a form's responses as CSV, JSON, XLSX or PDF. Exports run as background jobs: start one, then download it when it is ready. A filter limits which responses are included.

Scheduled exports

Set up a recurring export for a form so the file is produced on a schedule without manual work.

Analytics

The Analytics view of a form shows views, starts and completions, drop-off by question, and breakdowns by attribute. Analytics can also be forwarded to your own analytics tools; see Integrations.

Reports and dashboards

Build dashboards from your forms' data and share them. Tables let you work with collected records as structured data.

Retention and privacy

Organization admins control data retention and privacy settings under Settings, Privacy. Encryption for sensitive forms is configured per form.
