Every published form has a hosted page at /f/<form-slug> on your FormFlow address. Open Share in the form to copy it.

Embed

FormFlow gives you ready-to-paste snippets. Load the embed script once, then place a container where the form should appear:

<script src="https://YOUR_FORMFLOW_HOST/embed.js" async></script>
<div data-formflow="your-form-slug" data-mode="inline"></div>

Modes:

  • inline: the form sits in the page.

  • popup: a button opens the form in a dialog (<button data-formflow="your-form-slug" data-mode="popup">).

  • slider: a button opens the form in a side panel.

  • fullscreen: the form takes over the page.

You can also use a plain iframe pointing at /embed/<form-slug>.

QR code

The Share panel offers PNG and SVG QR codes for the hosted link.

Prefill and hidden values

Add prefill.<fieldId>=value to the hosted link to fill a question, and hidden.<name>=value to pass a value into a hidden field (for example a campaign name). Use the prefill link builder in the Share panel; it rejects field ids that do not exist so a typo cannot ship a dead link.

Access control

  • Protect a form with a password.

  • Restrict access by other rules in the form's access settings (for example limiting who can respond).

  • Turn on a captcha under Settings, Captcha.

Custom domains

On plans that include custom domains, add your domain under Settings, Domains. FormFlow shows the DNS records to publish, then verifies them. Your hosting proxy issues the certificate.

Share results

Results can be shared with read-only links and with teammates; see Responses and exports.
